Student Service Sector

  • providing information about class schedules;

  • assisting students in submitting applications for course retakes;

  • informing students about current, midterm, and final assessments;

  • preparing call letters for part-time and distance learning students;

  • issuing academic transcripts and certificates;

  • providing examination lists;

  • assisting with applications for transfer and reinstatement;

  • assisting in submitting online applications for second higher education;

  • assisting in submitting online applications for master's (clinical residency) programs;

  • issuing student ID cards and residence certificates;

  • providing information about students’ GPA;

  • restoring passwords in the HEMIS information system;

  • assisting students with medical insurance;

  • providing consultation on admission and transfer issues;

  • providing information about university services and resources;

  • preparing documents for temporary registration in student dormitories.
