CENTER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

The Center for Information Technology (hereinafter - ATM) is an integral part of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, which is also responsible for the "Establishment of Information Technology and Distance Learning Centers in Higher and Secondary Special Education." was established by the decision of the Ministry of Secondary Special Education 25.01.2001 № 23. The center consists of 2 computer classrooms for 40 people, a programming department, a computer maintenance department, and a test center with a capacity of 100 people at a time. At present, the institute has 8 computer classes, a video conference room and an electronic library. There are about 350 computers in the classroom, 14 computers for every 100 students. Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service in cooperation with Samarkand Telecom is connected to the general corporate network via optical cable network. It also has a contractual relationship with customers for the types of services and work provided by the center, as well as suppliers of technical resources and equipment.
