Job responsibilities of the head of the Department:

    • General personnel management under the guidance of; 

    • Drawing up work plans and ensuring their implementation; 

    • Management of maintenance and maintenance of buildings and the environment of the Institute at the required level; management of work on current and major repairs of buildings;

    • Management of works on equipping educational and upholstered furniture in the premises of educational, laboratory and student dormitories; 

    • Monitoring the maintenance of equipment in the premises at the level of demand; 

    • Inventory of equipment; 

    • Control over the economical expenditure of funds and household supplies allocated for household work; 

    • Organization of work on the reception of guests and delegations visiting the Institute; 

    • Management of works on improvement and greening of the environment of the Institute;

    • Organization of meetings, conferences and other similar conferences held at the Institute; 

    • Organization of fire safety works in buildings. 

Must know:

    • Knowledge of charters, charters and regulations, internal regulations of the Institute, regulations related to farming;

Qualification requirements:

    • Possess exemplary personal qualities-intelligence, cultural, creative abilities, politeness and initiative skills, a sense of responsibility, the ability to make decisions and act independently, act firmly, ensure the achievement of the strategic goals of the institution; have a specialized secondary education; 

    • Must be aware of information and information on issues related to his field.
