Tasks and main activities of the Planning and Finance Department

The budget shall be approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, with the approval of the rector of the university, the tables of university staff prepared for the current year at the beginning of the year on extra-budgetary special funds;

Timely preparation of annual budgets for extra-budgetary special funds, approval by the rector of the university and approval by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education;

Contract with tenants for the lease of vacant space on the campus at the beginning of the year, control over the timely payment of rent and utilities;

Monitor the registration of professors and teachers in the states, determining the number of staff in accordance with the regulations, based on the approved workload of the departments;

In case of increase of monthly salaries in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, recalculation of monthly salaries of university staff and professors and permanent approval on the basis of the order;

Report to the Ministry on a monthly basis in the field of services;

Regularly record student rector's orders about students;

Fill in the information on the movement of the student contingent according to the tables and deliver it to the relevant departments;

Submit a quarterly student report to the university's accounting department by the 10th of the month following each quarter;

Submit Form 4 of the statistical report to the City Statistics Office by November 5 of the year;

Monitor the number of states by timely recording of recruitment and dismissal orders for staff and faculty;

Submit a report on staff turnover to the university's accounting department by the 10th of the month following each quarter;

Submission of quarterly, annual report form 1-T (labor) to the city statistics department;

Submit Form 1-UP of management staff reports to the City Statistics Office by the 3rd of the month following each quarter;

Submission of Form 1-NX of the report to the city statistics department by December 15 of the year;

Regular response to letters from higher organizations.
