Department of International Cooperation

The Department of International Cooperation is a department of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, which establishes cooperation with educational and scientific institutions and centers of foreign countries.

The main goal of the International Cooperation Department is to establish and develop successful partnerships with the world's leading institutions of higher education, centers and research organizations, as well as to ensure the recognition of the institute among the global academic community.

The main tasks of the department of international cooperation:

    • Implementation of the Institute’s international cooperation strategy on the basis of interstate and interdepartmental and international agreements of the Republic of Uzbekistan concluded with foreign countries;

    • Cooperation with foreign higher educational and research institutions, international agencies, foundations, international organizations and strengthening existing ties;

    • Promotion and implementation of international initiatives of the Institute in the field of education, science and innovation, culture and education through the development and support of international cooperation;

    • Receiving official foreign delegations, as well as specially invited teachers, scientists and specialists and providing them with appropriate conditions;

    • Organizational support of international events at the Institute;

    • Support the participation of students, researchers and teachers of the institute in international scientific activities;

    • Ensuring the participation of representatives of the institute in international projects;

    • Involvement of leading foreign scientists, teachers, specialists and experts in the educational process of the Institute;

    • Attracting foreign citizens as students and trainees;

    • Announcement of information about training, internship or research abroad to the scientific and pedagogical staff of the institute;

Implementation of other areas of international cooperation.
