History of the Faculty of Evening Education
Based on the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-3153 dated July 27, 2017, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 930 dated November 21, 2017, “On the Procedure for Organizing Evening (Shift-Based) Education in Higher Educational Institutions”, Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service launched evening education programs in undergraduate fields of study.
According to the decision of the Institute’s Academic Council (Protocol No. 7), the Department of Second and Evening Education was established on March 15.
To implement the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2021 “On Additional Measures to Ensure Academic and Organizational Management Independence of State Higher Education Institutions” (No. PQ-60), and to optimize and improve the performance of the department, by the Rector’s Order No. 154/1-F dated October 14, 2024, the name of the department was changed to “Evening Education”.

- Department of Language Teaching — 2 Doctors of Science, 4 Candidates of Science, 2 Senior Lecturers, and 7 Lecturers.
