A meeting was held on the topic "The Future of Youth: Towards a Drug-Free and Safe Life"

At the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, a preventive meeting titled "The Future of Youth: Toward a Drug-Free and Safe Life" was organized with the aim of raising students' and young people's awareness of the negative consequences of narcotic substances, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and preventing various harmful habits.

The event was attended by A.Berdimurodov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work; U.G'ulamov, Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel; G.Jalilova, a physician at the Samarkand Regional Narcology Dispensary; and Z.Usmonov, Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment. During the meeting, students were provided with relevant information and recommendations on the negative impact of narcotic substances on human health and life, their legal consequences, the prevention of drug addiction, and adherence to a healthy lifestyle.

In addition, flyers on the negative consequences of drug addiction and measures for its prevention were distributed to students and young people during the event.
The meeting served to increase students' and young people's knowledge and understanding of the negative consequences of drug addiction, strengthen their legal and social responsibility, and develop the skills needed to follow a healthy lifestyle.
