A Representative of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service Delivered a Presentation on the Tourism Potential of Navoi Region at a Japanese University

As you may be aware, the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service has been tasked with researching the tourism potential of the Nurota, Khatirchi, and Qiziltepa districts of the Navoi region and with supporting these districts' activities in this field.

Currently completing an internship at Wakayama University in Japan, A. Mahmudova, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, organized a special presentation for the university community.

In it, detailed information was presented in Japanese on the tourism potential of the Navoi region, its cultural and historical monuments, the opportunities for ecotourism and industrial tourism, as well as the infrastructure and types of services created for tourists in the area.

During the presentation, the faculty members and students of Wakayama University expressed great interest in the Navoi region's rich natural resources, its unparalleled architectural monuments, and its promising tourist routes.
