A Spiritual and Educational Roundtable “Leader Girls” Was Held at the Faculty of Banking and Financial Services

At the initiative of M. Nasriddinova, Dean's Advisor on Women's Affairs of the Faculty of Banking and Financial Services, a roundtable discussion entitled "Leader Girls," aimed at developing the leadership potential of female students, was organized.

At the event, A. Karimova, the Rector's Advisor on Women's Affairs of the institute, delivered a speech and shared her views on the qualities of a modern female leader, her culture of communication, her ability to work in a team, as well as on the identification of talented young people and the proper direction of their interests.

In addition, the faculty's active and talented female leaders shared their achievements and leadership experiences.
