An interactive seminar-training on "Time Management" was held at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service within the framework of the "Actual 90 Days" initiative.

Participants were taught how to allocate their time properly, identify priority tasks, set "SMART" goals, and improve work efficiency using the "Pomodoro" technique.

During the training:

Time expenditure was analyzed;

A session was conducted based on the Eisenhower matrix;

Role-playing games were organized on learning to say "no" in a polite and tactful manner;

Each participant drew up their own time plan.
