Rector of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service Muhiddin Po‘latov received a delegation from the Rezekne Academy of Riga Technical University

A meeting was held between a delegation led by Iveta Mietule, Rector of Rezekne Academy of Riga Technical University, and representatives of the leadership of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, headed by Rector Muhiddin Po'latov.

During the meeting, the long-standing cooperation between the two higher education institutions, recent developments, and future plans were discussed.

In particular, special attention was paid to cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme's "Key Action" and "Capacity Building" strands, the organization of professional development courses, startup acceleration, and academic cooperation (collaboration among scholars).

An agreement was also reached to establish regular exchanges of professors, teaching staff, and employees in the areas of research and professional development.
