Safety Culture in Tourism: A Focus for Students

Students of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service visited the Samarkand Region Training Center for Emergency Situations and Life Safety as part of the course "Regulatory Documents Governing Tourism Activities and the Hotel Industry."

During the practical session, the students gained knowledge of how to act correctly in emergency situations, take safety measures, provide first medical aid, and apply safety standards in the tourism and hotel industry.

In addition, the session provided a detailed explanation of ensuring safety at tourist facilities and hotels, evacuation procedures, and the regulatory and legal documents on protecting the lives and health of tourists.

At the end of the event, the students not only consolidated their theoretical knowledge but also acquired a deeper understanding of the culture of safety in tourism activities and the hotel industry through practical examples.
