The Activities of the "Registrar's Office" Were Studied by the Working Group

In order to ensure the implementation of the assignments given at the meeting on the priority issues of higher education held under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on May 6, 2024, the Registrar's Office has been established and put into operation at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in Minutes No. 93 of the enlarged meeting of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation held on November 19, 2024, the activities of the Registrar's Offices at higher education institutions are being examined by responsible staff members assigned by the Ministry. The review covers, among other things: the availability of regulatory documents on the establishment of the Registrar's Office; the correspondence of the staff positions allocated to the Registrar's Office to the student body, and whether the allocated positions have been filled with qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of the regulations; the functional duties of the Registrar's Office and the types of services provided; and the conditions created for the Registrar's Office.
