The "Pazanda Qizlar" Contest Was Held on the Initiative of the Faculty of Economics

At the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, the "Pazanda Qizlar" ("Skilled Cooks") competition was held on the initiative of the Faculty of Economics. Female students demonstrated their skills in preparing national dishes. The aim of the competition was to foster young people's interest in the traditional culinary arts and to promote a culture of healthy eating.

The participants' dishes were evaluated by the chairperson of the institute's Women's Advisory Council, A. Karimova, together with the teaching staff of the Department of Service, on the basis of the criteria of national authenticity and creativity.
