The Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, through its scientific and practical proposals and recommendations, is actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the regions.

One of the key initiatives in this area is the process of developing an action plan for the comprehensive development of Urgut District in 2025-2026. In this process, resolving existing problems in sectors and industries and putting available reserves and opportunities to use have been defined as the main priorities.

In carrying out this task, the faculty members of the Institute's Department of Finance are actively participating and making a significant contribution with their scholarly approaches and experience.
