He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on "Methodological problems of the balance of the economy of the Allied Republic."
If we look at the history of the Department of Statistics, we can see that the department was called by different names at different times.
Since the establishment of the Department of Statistics, its name has been changed only to "Statistics". From 1987 to 1990 it was called the Department of Finance and Statistics. Because it included financial sciences and the head of the department at that time was i.f.d., professor J.Sirojitdinov.
From 1990 to 1993, the department was called "Statistics and General Economics." It was separated from the financial sciences by a separate department, which included general economics. During these years, the department was headed by prof. J. Sirojitdinov, then associate professor HA Shodiyev.
The following can be said about the history of the Department of Economic Analysis. The disciplines of the department were part of the department of "Accounting". In 1997, the Department of Finance and Credit was established and included the disciplines of economic analysis. Professor I.T. Abdukarimov, Ph.D., was elected its director. The department was established in 1987 under the name "Economic Analysis and Finance".The following can be said about the history of the Department of Economic Analysis. Professor I.T. Abdukarimov, Ph.D., was elected its director. The department was established in 1987 under the name "Economic Analysis and Finance".
In 1993, the Department of Statistics was renamed "Statistics and Economic Analysis." In addition to the analysis of economic activity, the study of statistics was added to it, and under its new name was elected Ph.D., Associate Professor MK Pardaev. He served in this position until 1998, that is, for 6 years. In 1998, MK Pardaev became the Vice-Rector for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Samarkand Cooperative Institute. UH Khudaiberdiyev was the director.
This situation was not achieved at once. It is known that for many years in Uzbekistan, the subject of analysis has been taught in higher and secondary special educational institutions mainly on the basis of textbooks prepared by scientists from central cities (Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev). But that was not the case. This encouraged Uzbek scientists in the 1960s to create and publish their own literature in this field.
Thanks to the efforts of our scholars, the textbooks published by the Center will be invited as authors. In particular, the authors of the textbook "Analysis of economic activity of enterprises of Matlubot cooperation", published in 1966 by the Moscow publishing house "Economics" OR Kmitsikevich from Lviv, L.A. Falkovich from Novosibirsk, Samarkand scientist - associate professor of our institute IN Toporovsky were invited. For the first time, some features of our Republic are reflected in this textbook.
In the 1970s in Samarkand prof. Under the leadership of IT Abdukarimov, a school of analysis was formed. This school was recognized by Union scholars. As a result, a number of All-Union scientific-practical conferences dedicated to the development of this science, its theoretical and practical problems were held on the basis of the Samarkand Cooperative Institute. Professor I. Abdukarimov's books were characterized by the fact that they always covered the theory and practice. This analysis was of great importance to science. As a result, almost all the suggestions and recommendations created by the department have been consistently put into practice.
By the second half of the 1970s, the ranks of analysts began to be recognized and expanded throughout Uzbekistan. Textbooks on this subject began to appear in Uzbek. These textbooks and manuals were the first steps for the development and prospects of economic analysis in our country.
It should be noted that in all higher and secondary special educational institutions of the republic, except for agricultural institutes, special subjects, including economic analysis, were taught in Russian. Due to this, all works in areas other than agriculture were prepared and published in Russian.
It should be noted that in addition to agricultural institutes, all higher and secondary special educational institutions in the country taught special subjects, including economic analysis, in Russian. As a result, all non-agricultural works were prepared and published in Russian. In 1973, prof. IT Abdukarimov and docent. The book "Analysis of labor performance in cooperative trade" by MK Pardaev was published by the Moscow publishing house "Economics". Thus, scientists from Samarkand, in particular, scientists from the Department of Economic Analysis, have taken another significant step in the development of thematic analysis.
The 1980s were a very productive period for Uzbek scientists, especially in Samarkand. IT Abdukarimov, MK Pardayev and AA Abdiyev created a four-volume album dedicated to the "Analysis of economic activity." They were recommended as a textbook to all cooperative institutes in the Union and were published in 1983 at the Samarkand Cooperative Institute.
The first part of this album is devoted to "Theoretical Foundations of Economic Analysis" and all topics are clearly described. The second volume of this album is called "Economic Analysis in Cooperative Trade".
It provides a detailed analysis of the economic activities of cooperatives.
However, due to the fact that the press cooperation is a multidisciplinary field, the 3rd volume of the album is devoted to the topic "Analysis of the economic activity of individual branches of the press cooperation", and the 4th volume of the album describes the methods of analysis carried out after receiving reports from all branches in the press cooperation organizations. containing It is called "Financial Analysis" and it is dedicated to summarizing the financial situation of all sectors. These analysis methods are also illustrated through clear drawings.

These analysis methods are also illustrated through clear drawings.
Thus, the Samarkand Cooperative Institute became a methodical center in the field of analysis of economic activity among the higher educational institutions of the former Centrosoyuz, as noted above. Textbooks and sample programs for the information cooperation system were developed by prof. I.T. Abdukarimov.
He was transferred to the school of scientists headed by I.T. Abdukarimov.
In 1984, I.T.Abdukarimov published a textbook entitled "Analysis of economic activity of Matlubot cooperative" in Moscow publishing house "Yekonomika". was recommended to educational institutions. This textbook was very well received by the general public and the world of scientists. As a result, in 1989, this textbook was revised and republished in this publishing house.
Samarkand scientists began to develop a new form of analysis, complex analysis methods. As a result, several scientific articles were published in Union journals, and finally, in 1983, Prof. A methodological recommendation on "Comprehensive assessment of labor efficiency in retail trade" prepared by M.Q.Pardayev and Yu.S.Sattarov, edited by I.T.Abdukarimov, was created. This recommendation was put into practice by the administration of Uzbekbirlashav. The articles of Samarkand scientists on complex analysis were published in such journals as "Bukhgalteriya Uchyoti" and "Soviet Matlubot Cooperation" published by the Union, which increased their influence even more.
As a result, the main theme of the All-Union scientific-practical conference held in 1986 was focused on this problem. As a scientific-practical recommendation of this conference, the pamphlet entitled "Method of determining socio-economic efficiency in Matlubot cooperation" published in 1986 by I.T.Abdukarimov, M.Q.Pardayev, V.I.Abdukarimov, and V.N.Abramova was accepted. In this, the authors discussed the methods of comprehensive analysis and evaluation of efficiency.
Thus, a school of economic analysis was created at the Samarkand Cooperative Institute and was constantly developing.
The aspirations of the Republic of Uzbekistan towards independence encouraged Samarkand scientists to write textbooks in the Uzbek language. It was led by prof. I.T.Abdukarimov took over and finally in 1989 I.T.Abdukarimov, M.Q.Pardayev, A.A.Abdiyev and V.I.Abdukarimov on the topic "Analysis of the economic activity of the commodity cooperative" for the first time in the field of trade and commodity cooperation in the Uzbek language. a textbook was created. It was published in the "Teacher" publishing house in Tashkent. Many economic terms in this textbook are written in Uzbek
But for students who study special subjects only in Russian and for specialists who do their work in Russian, it was very difficult to understand Uzbek terms. Therefore, in order to facilitate this difficulty, scientists from Samarkand under the leadership of M.K. Pardayev developed a "Russian-Uzbek dictionary of economic terms related to trade" and in 1990 at the Samarkand Cooperative Institute and its completed and processed state in 1992 in the "Teacher" of Tashkent. was published in the publishing house
Scientists have also done significant work on the development of model programs in the field of "Economic Analysis". In 1987, in collaboration with I.T.Abdukarimov and M.Q.Pardayev, they published a sample program on "Analysis of economic activity" for "Trade Economics" specialties through the educational and methodological association of Centrosoyuz.
In 1990, he developed a model program in "Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activity" in the subject "Analysis of economic activity of Matlubot Cooperatives" and graduated from the Moscow Academy of Finance of the former USSR Higher and Secondary Special Education. Approved and recommended for publication by the Educational and Methodological Association of the Ministry of Education. During the years of independence, the science of economic analysis, like all other disciplines of our country, has developed. Prof. IT Abdukarimov published a manual "Ways to read and analyze financial statements" (T .: "World of Economics and Law", 1998.- 96 pages).
Published a manual of B.I.Isroilov "Ways of taxation of property, tax accounting and its analysis" (T .: "Economy and the world of law" Publishing House, 2005. - p. 40), which is directly related to the department. was found.
Teachers of the department also lead in publishing the theory of economic analysis in our country. For example, MQPardayev's textbook "Theory of Economic Analysis" (Samarkand, "Zarafshon" Publishing House, 2001. - 272 pages), its second edition is a textbook "Theory of Economic Analysis" in collaboration with N.Ishankulov, MQPardayev, ATIbragimov and others ( T .: Sano-Standard Publishing House, 2014. - 336 pages).
In accordance with today's requirements, the services of professors and teachers of the department in financial and management analysis are also great.
In particular, MQPardayev, BAHasanov, JIIsroilov, MEPulatov, UTEshboyev, ANKhalikulov in collaboration with the textbook "Financial and management analysis" (T .: "Cholpon" publishing house, 2012. - 400 pages.),

Scientists from the Samarkand School have also made a worthy contribution to the development of a methodology for functional-value analysis. These include the textbook "Functional-value analysis" prepared jointly by MQPardayev, BAHasanov, BIMahsudov, DAZulunova (T .: "Cholpon" Publishing House, 2012.- 200 pages.), MQPardayev and The monograph "Directions for improving the analysis of functional value" (T .: "Science and Technology" Publishing House, 2013. - 248 p.) Samarkand: SamISI, 2007. - 12.1 pp. - 194 pp.).
Researchers who have been working on continuously improving the methods used in economic analysis have also made significant strides in this regard. In particular, the textbook "Methods used in economic analysis" prepared by MQPardayev, BIIsroilov, JIIsroilov (T .: Tax Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012.- 112 pages), co-prepared by MQPardayev, ANKholikulov The monograph "Improvement of factor analysis in economic entities" (T .: "Navruz" Publishing House, 2014. - 240 pages).
Scientists of the department pay special attention to the analysis of tourism and hotel business, based on objective necessity. Berdikulova, O.M. An example is the text of the report "Statistical analysis in marketing research" prepared by Pardayev (Samarkand, SamISI, 2015. - 312 pages - 9.0 p.).
The scientists of the department also defended their doctoral dissertation on pure economic analysis. This was confirmed by MK Pardayev's i.f.d. on "Theoretical and methodological problems of economic analysis in the context of economic liberalization." An example is his dissertation for a degree and defended in 2002 at a specialized council at the Academy of Banking and Finance.
In addition, conducting research at the department, a number of researchers prof. Under the direct guidance and advice of MK Pardaev, they were able to defend their doctoral dissertations. These include BIIsroilov (currently head of the department at the Tax Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan), GMShodiyeva (currently working at the College of Hotel Management and Service in Tashkent), ZNKurbanov (now a professor at the Tax Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan), AHPardayev (now Executive Director of the Talent Fund under the President).
