A scientific-practical conference on the topic "Opportunities for Sustainable Economic Growth and Improvement of People's Well-being through the Strategic Development of the Service Sector in the Regions" was held at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.

The event was attended by the First Deputy Governor of the region, Head of the Regional Department of Economy and Finance Feruz Abilov, Assistant to the Regional Governor on Local Industry Development Issues Nozir Ibragimov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovations of the Institute Dilbar Aslanova, professors, specialists in the field, and students.

During the presentations, master classes were held on sustainable economic growth, the rapid development of the service sector in the regions, and poverty reduction.
