Meetings between management and young people are being held at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service as part of the "Introduction Week"
Within the framework of the weekly programme, round-table discussions, lectures and other events are being held between the institute's senior staff and students. Today, on 7 September, Azizjon Shukrilloyevich Berdimurodov, First Vice-Rector of the institute for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work, met with first-year students of the Faculty of Banking and Financial Services and second-year students of the Distance (part-time) education department.
During the meeting with the first-year students, the Vice-Rector once again congratulated them on having succeeded and been admitted as students among more than 1,000,000 young people who applied to higher education institutions this year. He informed them about the conditions created at the institute and urged them to be active in various clubs, competitions and other social spheres during their free time from classes. The problems and proposals arising among the students were also heard, and it was agreed how to find solutions to them. During the conversation, group leaders were elected for each group by vote.
