Prospects for Tourism Development Discussed in Samarkand

On the occasion of World Tourism Day, a meeting was held between Adiz Boboyev, Acting Governor of the Samarkand Region, and the members of the regional Public Council for Tourism Development.

The team of the Department of Tourism of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service also took part in the meeting. Professor I. Tuxliyev of the Department put forward proposals on pressing issues in tourism development and in the training of specialists for the sector, as well as solutions to them.
