On October 10, 2023, at the initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, a training seminar was held at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service as part of the “INNOWEEK.UZ-2023” week.

Invited foreign experts: Clarivate employee Irina Tixonkova spoke on the topic “Using the Web of Science Database" and Yegor Vassetzky, director of the French National Research Center, spoke on the topic “Working with International Journals" During the training seminar, participants learned to use international scientific databases, correctly compile a bibliographic list of literature used in writing a scientific article, cite and analyze articles, etc.

At the end of the training seminar, participants received answers to their questions.
