Rector's Congratulatory Address

Dear compatriots!

Esteemed members of our Institute's community and students! Congratulations to you all on the approaching New Year 2024!

May the new year bring you new achievements and the fulfillment of new goals. May happiness, health, and good fortune, which make human life even more beautiful, always be with you.

I can confidently say that 2023 was a successful year for the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service. This year, owing to the efforts of our community, the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service took 7th place in the national ranking of higher education institutions' performance and 2nd place in the Republic in the social and humanitarian field. In the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, it took 503rd place with a score of 6375 among thousands of higher education institutions from more than 100 countries, and it continues to strive for even higher positions. In addition, whereas last year 5 of our students became recipients of named state scholarships, this year their number has reached 7. A group of our professors and teachers have earned high academic titles and degrees. Our academic buildings and student residences have been renovated, creating even greater comfort for students. If we continue to work together like this as one team, we will certainly achieve even greater successes in the new year 2024.
