Education and Tourism Forum

On March 17, 2023, at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, on the initiative of the Department of Real Economy, an Education and Tourism Forum was held in cooperation with Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, with the participation of faculty members and students. At the forum, students of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and students of higher education institutions located in the region delivered presentations on a number of topics. At the end of the event, our students became closely acquainted with the Japanese students and exchanged views with them.

The event was organized in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks defined in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 406 "On State Youth Policy" dated September 18, 2016, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 450 "On Measures for the Accelerated Development of the Tourism Potential of the City of Samarkand and Samarkand Region in 2017-2023" dated June 30, 2017, and Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5611 "On Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of Tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated January 5, 2023.
